I enjoy being around people who inspire me and push me to be better, and I’ve definitely found that. I have even found a small group to train for Hyrox with once per week!

How to Train for Hyrox at Bayshore Fit

Here’s a challenging Hyrox-style workout to try at Bayshore Fit:

  • 1,000 meter run (treadmill our outside behind the building)
  • 50 meter sled push (race weight or heavier if you’d like more of a challenge!)
  • 50 meter sled pull
  • 1,000 meter row
  • 200 meter farmer’s carries

Repeat 2-3 rounds, focusing on speed and efficiency!
